Recognized among the Top 29 Silicon Valley HR Executives, Sameer is the Global Head, Workplace for HR at Facebook. Sameer is the Global HR practice leader and core member of the founding team that is helping build the world's largest enterprise SaaS communication and collaboration platform to help connect the world of work with Workplace from Facebook. Prior to this, Sameer has globally led HRBP Teams for Talent Acquisition at Facebook and built core HR processes and programs for the company.

In his 8 years at Microsoft, Sameer led HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning & Development teams supporting Product, Engineering teams across Azure Cloud Services, Skype, Yammer and Office365.

At Accenture, Sameer held different roles that included HRBP, Leadership Recruiting, Organizational Development, HR Operations & Shared Services and Workforce Planning. While at GE, Sameer built expertise in SixSigma, building scalable processes and leading teams.
