David leads the HR Shared Services team that supports our managers and employees through expert care and digital experiences.  David has a passion for delivering inspired care through design thinking, technology, and operational excellence.  David’s team at ServiceNow includes skilled professionals in the areas of HR, Process Excellence, Knowledge Management, Digital Experience Design, and Program Management.  David started his career as an Industrial Engineer, got his first taste of HR as a recruiter, and has over 20 years of experience in HR Technology, Care, and Transformation.  Prior to ServiceNow, David transformed and led the HR Services and Technology teams at Intuit and Acxiom.  Earlier in his career he worked at early HR SaaS technology start-ups Icarian and Enwisen.  David resides in Northern California, where he enjoys the great outdoors with his family.
