Lindsay is a strategist, program manager, and communicator dedicated to helping purpose-driven people and organizations envision a better future. As a Consultant at Ideal State, she leads digital transformation projects for social sector organizations using design thinking principles to ensure that processes and tools help improve organizational culture and the employee experience. 

Previously Lindsay led a two-year digital workplace transformation for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, working closely with Ideal State on the strategy, design, and build of a new intranet for the Foundation, in addition to managing an internal working group of 40+ team members. 

She has nearly 15 years of experience in digital communications, user experience, and business strategy, working with Fortune 500 companies, social enterprises, and nonprofits. Lindsay has won several awards for her work including two PRSA Silver Anvils and PR Week's Public Affairs Campaign of the Year.
