Kathleen leads the KM Projects team at Shopify which builds tailored, simple, and sustainable knowledge solutions for teams across the company. She manages cross functional KM projects which endeavour to capture and activate the company’s intellectual capital. Previous to Shopify Kathleen was the Economics and Trade Policy research librarian at Canada’s Library of Parliament.
