Kimberly is the Head of Customer Success for Workgrid Software, a wholly owned company of Liberty Mutual. Kimberly joined Workgrid in 2018 after spending 10 years as the Director of Customer Success Talent & Enterprise Services for the Liberty Mutual Group. During this time, Kimberly was part of the original team who implemented Workgrid and spent 5 years cultivating the product on behalf of Liberty Mutual.

Kimberly joined Liberty Mutual in 1991 and holds a B.A. degree from New England College.
