Dawn is the Director of the UX Infrastructure team, located in 10 cities globally, that consists of Research Operations, Partner Management and Spaces. Dawn’s journey to Google, included PgM roles with Apple Engineering, Adobe Marketing Communications, and Intuit Design Strategy. She also created the first UX PMO at PayPal. Dawn enjoys reinvigorating teams by aligning structure, priorities and culture to bring out the very best in people. Outside of the office, she is inspired by travel, whether riding the trails on a Wyoming dude ranch, exploring the Amazon jungle or helping to build homes in Mexico.
