Hootsuite has enjoyed rapid growth since 2008, expanding across 15 offices in 11 countries.  This speed of growth led to new challenges around information sharing and retrieval, and internal communications struggled to keep pace. To succeed Hootsuite needed to centralize information sharing and announcements across its entire team. The organization also wanted to foster a culture of openness and accountability around accessing that information, making it easier and sustainable for every employee to find what they needed as the company grew.
